Making It Big

Chicago wedding planner, Big City Bride / Susan Cordogan, were featured on the Oxygen Network Television series, "Making It Big: Wedding Planning" episode. The Oxygen network, founded by Oprah Winfrey, started the "Making It Big" series to challenge outstanding professionals in a variety of fields. The show chose three wedding planners out of thousands of applicants and Chicago's very own Susan Cordogan from Chicago wedding planner Big City Bride, was one of the chosen three to compete in this challenge to plan a wedding in just two hours!

Chicago Tribune

The Chicago Tribune covered one of Big City Events and Susan Cordogan's award-winning parties. The January 2005 event was a birthday party that was one of the most elaborate that Chicago has ever seen. Roving searchlights, paparazzi, a red carpet entrance, multiple ice sculptures, dueling bands, dry ice, and VIP lounges were all part of this remarkable affair. This 5-day 40th birthday extravaganza held for one of Chicago's most eligible bachelors and well-loved socialite, took guests on a whirlwind trip around Chicago for a weekend that was more like a Hollywood production than a party in the city.
